The penthouse is a 3 bedroom apartment with a large terrace with bar.
There is an open kitchen with all the necessary basics (fridge, stove, kettles, cutlery, glasses, plates, …) and a dining area. The sitting area has a large couch, a coffee table and TV.
Room 1: Double bed with big closet and private bathroom.
Room 2: Single bed with closet and shared bathroom.
Room 3: Single bed with closet and shared bathroom.
We provide all bed sheets (100% linen) and towels (100% cotton).
Service: Rooms will be cleaned every two weeks. Washing machine and dryer

NOTE: Prices may very as a result of discounts or seasonal differences.
The standard price calculation varies depending on the season, number of days, number of people, booking cost and the time of arrival and departure.
Reservation period is 1 year and you pay deposit for this period. You pay before each starting month and then you get your contract for that month. You can cancel any time, if you cancel 1 month in advance no cancelation fee will be charged.
Extra cleaning + €50,-
Deposit is €2600,-
You can cancel the contract any time 1 month in advance, you will get your total deposit back.
In case of misuse, guest misconduct or smoking the contract will be terminated and the deposit will be lost.
