The standard price calculation varies depending on the season, number of days, number of persons and time of arrival and departure.
Prices are in euros, including 6% VAT, tourist tax of €3,- per person per night and booking fee of €250,-.
All these parameters are included in the Edville Home rate plan.

Cancellation & payment conditions Edville Home

Reservations can be cancelled, modified or rescheduled up to 2 months before arrival.

To confirm the reservation, we request 30% of the total price.
The remaining 70% of the total price will be paid 2 months before arrival.
The first payment is non-refundable.
Last-minute reservations (less than 2 months before arrival) are paid in full after confirmation.

Edville Home booking conditions
Bookings can be modified up to 2 months before arrival.
Catering can be adjusted up to 2 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of €600,- is charged, payable in advance and will be refunded after check-out within 5 working days.
